As most of you know, I had the most amazing experience of exploring California for a week with my girl crush/ fashionista bestie Meghan from Boho Nouveau. My number one piece of advice when deciding what to wear to Coachella: dress for the heat! Y’all – it’s scorching hot in the Palm Springs desert! I would highly recommend wearing a short dress, romper or shorts and a t-shirt! Oh, and make sure to wear your bikini underneath when you just can’t take the heat anymore! I scored my adorable floral romper from the mothership, AKA Forever 21, but there are so many trendy options out there! I’ve gathered a few of my favorite Coachella inspired rompers below,

As far as beauty tips: nothing is off limits! Now is your time to rock that bright blue lipstick or decorate your face with temporary tattoos! For beauty products, I used MAC Pro Longwear Foundation, MAC Pro Longwear Concealer, Dior Iconic Overcurl Mascara, Lancome Artliner , MAC Lipstick in “Diva” and MAC Bronzing Powder in “golden”.

As for temporary tattoos, I’ve experimented with a few different brands, however, the only brand that truly stayed on my face (through the sandstorm and all!) is Flash Tattoos. I am wearing Flash Tattoos in the photographs within this post. They are a bit pricier than competitors, but I honestly had to scrub them off a week later! They won’t budge, even when faced with water, sweat, tears (happy ones, of course!, sandetc.
