Summer Lavender Lemonade Recipe
Today I’m sharing a delicious lavender lemonade recipe you’ll love to try

With summer right around the corner, I’ve been craving some cold lemonade. After scrolling through my Pinterest feed I came across a recipe for lavender lemonade using dried lavender. I’m a huge fan of lavender essential oil, so I figured I’d re-create the recipe using the lavender essential oil I already own and love. For those of you who don’t know, I suffer from high levels of anxiety (full blog post to come) so I use lavender essential oil as a holistic approach to calm my nerves. Lavender oil is known to have numerous health benefits as it boosts immunity and relieves stress, pain, and anxiety. It’s even known to induce sleep and relieve headaches! In the past, I’ve used lavender essential oil in my diffuser, sprinkled in my shower and applied to my wrists. I’ve yet to use it as an ingredient in my daily life, so I figured now was a perfect time!
