Valentine’s Day Viniq Cocktail
Whether celebrated as Valentine’s Day or Single Awareness Day, February 14th is a day to celebrate the love in our lives. Whether it be with your significant other, friends or family – it is important to give thanks to those who constantly shower you with love throughout the year. Whether single or not – I have always made a point to creating Valentines for my closest girlfriends and mom. They all mean the world to me – and deserve to be celebrated just as much as any man! No matter what your relationship status is this year – I encourage you to take the time and celebrate those who fill your heart with love. Whether you are planning a girls night in, a romantic movie night with your significant other or inviting your mom over for lunch – I have created a fool proof Valentine’s Day Cocktail to share!
You will need:
- One bottle of Ruby Viniq Shimmery Liqueur
- One bottle of champagne
- Strawberries
- Red sugar sprinkles
- Arrow garnish*
- Champagne flute
*I found my arrow garnishes in a cupcake kit, however, you can easily make them yourself! Simply draw two arrow ends onto a piece of paper. Cute out the arrow ends and glue them together, leaving room at the bottom. When the arrow end is dry, stick a toothpick into the arrow end – and voila!
Directions:
- Pour 2 oz. of Ruby Viniq Shimmery Liqueur into each glass
- Add 3 oz. of champagne
- Wash strawberries thoroughly
- Dip strawberries into red sugar sprinkles
- Place 1 strawberry on each flute to garnish
- Place arrow into strawberry
