Contouring makes a significant difference on every face shape, but especially gals with a round or oval shaped face. I am lucky enough to inherit the round face (chipmunk cheeks ftw) so I am a contour enthusiast. You’ve probably dabbled with contouring in the past using bronzers and highlighters – but I’ve discovered a new way to contour! How to: Contour Your Face with Airbrush Makeup
Step One: Contour Cheekbones
After applying the Luminess Primer and foundation, it’s time to contour! To contour your face, you’ll be using the Luminess Matte Bronzer. This bronzer is suitable for all skin types and has awesome staying power. Shake the bronzer and dispense 4-5 drops into the airbrush wand. First, contour your cheekbones by spraying away from your temples. Finish by using your fingertips to carefully blend out the bronzer into your hair line.
Step Two: Contour Nose
To make your nose appear thinner, contour the sides of your nose with the Luminess Matte Bronzer. Gently spray the bronzer along the sides of your nose. Finish by blending out the contour lines with a sponge or your fingertips for a more natural look.
Step Three: Contour Jawline
Last but not least, define that jawline, girl! Contour your jawline by spraying the Luminess Matte Bronzer underneath your jawline. To avoid harsh lines, blend out the contour with a sponge or your fingertips. Use your fingertips to carefully blend out the bronzer into your hair line.
Step Four: Highlight Cheekbones
After you finish contouring – it’s time to highlight your features. The Luminess Brightening Glow is a a photoluminescence highlighter that reflects a hint of light for the perfect glow. This product is suitable for all skin types and helps to sculpt and define your face. Shake bottle and dispense 3-4 drops of the Luminess Brightening Glow into the airbrush wand. Spray the product right above your cheekbones. Spraying away from your hairline, this highlight should sit above your contour line. Use your fingertips to carefully blend out the highlighter.
Step Five: Highlight Forehead & Brows
Next, lift your brows by spraying the Luminess Brightening Glow directly above your brows. Make sure to avoid eye area. Use your fingertips to carefully blend out the highlighter.
Step Six: Add Blush
To finish off the look – add some blush! Luminess Air Blush is suitable for all skin types and gives you a youthful looking glow! Shake bottle and dispense 3-4 drops into the airbrush wand. Spray in between your contour and highlighter. Use your fingertips to carefully blend out the blush.
