My Bridal Shower Brunch
Getting engaged has truly reminded me of just how loved I am. Not only by my wonderful fiancé Zach, but our family and friends who have been cheering us on our entire relationship. This month, my cousin (and truly one of my most cherished friends) Ashley Brooke threw me a bridal shower brunch in Florida with some of my closest friends and family. She orchestrated the entire thing along with the help of my mom and a few others. It was such a fun time and I will cherish these memories for years to come. I thought I would share some of the highlights incase you are looking for inspiration for a bridal shower of your own or for someone else in your life!

Ashley truly outdid herself with the gorgeous decor and fantastic brunch goodies. It turns out she may have been a florist in her past life, as she handmade these centerpieces herself with my wedding colors!

Since it was a girls brunch, the kitchen was filled with tons of delicious (and gorgeous) food! The mini pancakes were definitely a standout – as well as the donuts from “The Salty”. If you’re in Orlando this donut spot is a must. Their “Toasted Coquito” may just be my new favorite donut. There was also a mimosa bar – the perfect excuse to pop some champagne!

The house was filled with the most beautiful decor – framed photos from our engagement photoshoot, the cutest “She Said Yes” neon sign and of course flowers galore. Guests were invited to take polaroids and write memories in the bridal shower guest book (I also purchased my bachelorette guest book and wedding guest book from the same vendor!). The diamond pens were the cutest and a perfect accent! Even the arty favors were precious wrapped in beautiful pink bows!

We played Bridal Shower Bingo which may just be the best bridal shower game – ever. Guests were divided into teams and Jeopardy style – selected a category (bride, groom or couple) and had to correctly answer each question to earn points! It was hysterical and a great way to get to know Zach and I even more! Guests were also invited to each take a different color lipstick, apply it on their lips and “kiss” a piece of paper – which will later be used for a cute DIY keepsake!

It was such a lovely time with a handful of my closest family and friends! Thanks again to Ashley for hosting such a gorgeous and warm hearted bridal shower!
