It’s time to pull out the pastels! With Easter right around the corner, I’m in full-on spring fashion mode. Along with florals, pastel hues are a timeless spring staple – and I can’t get enough! I recently went shopping at my local Nordstrom (in Rideau Centre in Ottawa) and I picked out some spring essentials. First off, a pastel blazer. Blazers are one of my favorite pieces to dress up an outfit. Perfect for work or play, this pink blazer is a great way to add some personality to an outfit! This blazer will definitely be a spring staple. Fits true to size. Underneath, I wore this pink wrap top. I am crushing hard on wrap tops, as they are universally figure flattering! This top can be dressed up or down and is under $30! Also comes in pastel blue. Fits true to size. This top can be transitioned into summer – I can’t wait to pair it with some cut off shorts!

I was in the market for a new pair of cropped skinny jeans and I’m so glad I found this pair! I’m extremely picking with jeans (team leggings all the way) and don’t settle for anything less than extremely comfortable. This pair fits the bill as they are soft to the touch and have plenty of elasticity. They also come with a pretty cute price tag under $60! I love the frayed ends – adding a shot of sass! Make sure to size down, as they run large!

Every girl needs a pair of nude pumps and I needed a new pair! Since they’re a timeless accessory I decided to splurge on these beauties. They’re even more beautiful in person and have a light pink tint to them – making my legs look more tanned! They’re also complete with rose gold finishes that are to die for! Fit true to size. If you’re looking for a more affordable alternative – this pair is nearly identical! Can we talk about this gorgeous pink pastel clutch?! It’s under $50 and features the sweetest ruffles! It’s the perfect size to hold all the essentials: cell phone, wallet, makeup, etc! It also comes in pastel blue and black. You’ll definitely be seeing more of this clutch on the blog! Last but not least, I’ve been wanting this “Love” lariat necklace for a while! I love its delicate finishes! It also comes in rose gold and silver. It’s under $50 and doesn’t tarnish! It’s the perfect necklace to layer.
