High End Beauty Products Worth The Splurge

It’s important to treat yourself! Here are my fvorite high end beauty picks that are worth the splurge!

High end beauty products worth the splurge including blush, foundation, highlighter, eyeshadow palettes, lipstick, eyeliner, concealer and blush by popular Orlando blogger Mash Elle

If you hadn’t noticed, I’m a bit of a makeup junkie. I use everything from high end beauty products to drugstore steals! One common question I get is what high end beauty products are worth the splurge? Today I am sharing the high end makeup products I believe are worth the price tag. Translation: I would pay for all of these products with my own money. All items featured are included in Sephora’s VIB sale where VIBs save 15% off using code YAYVIB and Beauty Insider Members save 10% off with code YAYINSIDER from 4/20-4/23. Make sure to read to the very end as I’ll be sharing how you can save an additional 5% off your entire order!

1. Urban Decay Naked Basics Eyeshadow Palette

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: This is my all time favorite travel size eyeshadow palette. When I wear eyeshadow, it’s typically natural shades. This palette has every shade I would need (highlight, crease and lid colors) for a daytime look. I can also bump up the look by using the black pigment as an eyeliner! Each eyeshadow is highly pigmented and has a velvety touch, which translates into easy blending! This palette fits in the majority of my purses and is lightweight! I’d highly recommend this palette if you’re looking for a neutral palette to take with you on the go. I’m also a fan of the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette!

2. Tarte Sex Kitten Liquid Liner

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: Meow! This black liquid eyeliner is incredibly fierce! My favorite thing about this eyeliner is the long and thin applicator. This applicator makes it incredibly easy to apply – even for beginners. I don’t see any fallout with this liner – and I have hooded eyes! I usually apply 2 coats to reach it’s ultimate intensity.

3. Urban Decay Backtalk Eye & Face Palette

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: It was love at first sight when I first laid my eyes on this palette. I’m typically not a fan of eye and face palettes, as I don’t always like every shade. This palette must have been made for me – as I can say I’d wear every single eye shadow and blush! This palette is perfect for spring – all colors have a subtle luminosity and instantly brighten up your face! The palette also comes with a removable mirror (not pictured) which I love! With the majority of palettes, the colors get in my way, but this stand alone mirror allows me to get up close and personal while applying my makeup!

4. Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow to Go Highlight & Contour Palette

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: I have so much love for this highlight and contour palette. I actually own the Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Highlight & Contour Palette (Ashley gave it to me for Christmas!), however It’s a pretty penny. If I were to purchase one with my own money, I would get the PRO Glow to Go Highlight & Contour Palette. Why? Well it’s half the price, and still comes with an impressive amount of product. I’ve had mine for over 1.5 years and it doesn’t even look like I put a dent in it! The colors are highly pigmented and easy to blend. I would recommend this highlight and contour palette above all other high end options.

5. Hourglass Lighting Powder

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: If you’re looking for a one-off highlighter, I’m a huge fan of the Hourglass Lighting Powder line! My all-time favorite shades are Dim Light for a peachy glow and Ethereal Light for a cool toned sheen. They give off the perfect glow without being too over the top. I especially like to use them during the summer when I wear less makeup!

6. Urban Decay Vice Lipstick

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: I am a sucker for just about every Urban Decay Vice Lipstick. They have an enormous range of shades with several formulas. I am obsessed with their satin finish line! The formula is creamy and moisturizing, but not sticky. My favorite shades are Naked and Liar for a peachy nude look!

7. Urban Decay Naked Palettes

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you’ve heard of the infamous Urban Decay Palettes. They’re hands down my favorite eyeshadow palettes and totally worth the money! I own all three! If you’re looking for  bronze-hued shadows, you’ll love the Urban Decay Naked Palette. If you’re a fan of taupe-hued neutrals, you should grab the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette. Finally, if you prefer rose-hued neutrals, you’ll love the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette! My personal favorite is the 3rd palette, however I use all three! All the shades are highly pigmented and are easy to blend.

8. Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: When these sparkling beauties first hit the market, they were almost impossible to get ahold of! When I finally tracked them down, I was skeptical but they ended up surpassing my expectations. My favorite shade is Kitten Karma (the cutest name ever!) and I use it on my lids for a hint of glitter! If you haven’t tried out these products, I’d suggest to get the Glitter On The Go Liquid Eye Shadow Set to try out three of their best selling shades (including Kitten Karma!).

9. Makeup Forever Ink Liner

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: Hands down my favorite liquid liner formula. While I prefer the applicator of Tarte Sex Kitten Liquid Liner, the formula of this product is far superior. You only need one coat to achieve maximum intensity and it doesn’t budge an inch! I’ve been using this product for years and I haven’t found anything that beats it!

10. Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: You’ve heard me rave over this foundation multiple times and I’m still over the moon. If you’re looking for a full coverage foundation, this is the one! The formula can be drying for some, but if you have medium-oily skin you will love it! It lasts through the Florida humidity in the summer, proving it’s staying power is out of this world.

11. Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: This canceler has quickly become of my favorites. I love its full coverage formula and wide range of shades. I can use it year round (it isn’t too drying) and it’s the perfect size to carry in your purse for touch ups.

12. Tartelette Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette

Why It’s Worth The Splurge: If you’re looking for an all matte neutral eyeshadow palette, this is the one! The formula is highly pigmented and it blends easily. One of my favorite eyeshadow palettes in my collection!

These all look amazing. I’ve been so into high end makeup recently and getting my splurge on. Also I think that UD Backtalk palette is so dreamy.
