    I love my Nespresso machine but I wish it had a timer! That would be amazing to be able to wake up to the smell of coffee! My favourite way to start the day is to watch a few videos on YouTube whilst eating breakfast before getting up and getting going.

    Making a to-do list the day before helps me plan for all of the meetings, classes, study time, or social commitments I have in my day. If I choose to make it a priority, I meditate for about 20 minutes and then make a full list of what I intend to do for the next day. 🙂

    I’m hopeless at mornings haha! I definitely find that getting as much as I can ready the night before is a huge help 🙂
